This is an incredibly good book, especially for a first book! Mr. Massey has a very engaging story-telling style and hooks you right out of the gate. I found myself wanting to take it slow because I am a fast reader and did not want to finish it! I loved the bits of history throughout and especially liked the way it was so casually yet intricately woven into the story. The story itself takes place over a very short period of time, and there is not wall to wall action, yet I could hardly put the book down. I LOVED it!!! More, more, more....Product details

I felt like I was side by side with the main character from the beginning. Very descriptive. I didn't want the story to ever end.
Wonderful book. It was a Great story with interesting characters. I loved the way he described the area. It made me feel as though I was there.
